Night Portrait

Lately I have been really geared towards making my characters more individual and in that spirit I began drawing my boys side by side in order to make them more...themselves. Right now I have five done and am fiddling with a sixth. He doesn't want to come out right! It is even harder because he is a twin. (Is that correct even? He has a twin brother. Who I have already completed. AND THEY REFUSE TO LOOK ALIKE.)

Anyway, this is Night Hartshorn. A character I made for an RP ~Kamre, ~Emaria-Shadowgait and I were doing. He is a lifelong orphan who was abused as a child and has some issues. I have to say I haven't really explored the 'sad' side to his character yet. It's mostly been 'angry' and 'hopelessly awkward'. This has been the hardest portrait to draw emotionally. Mostly because (at the prodding of my mother) I sketched them out shirtless before adding clothes so I could see muscles and know how to do...stuff. I dunno. It's late. Night however, does not have muscles like some of the others have. HE HAS BONES. heh. It's okay though. I imagine he has a happy future. C:
